For health care, your Doctor is the first person to contact, the East Bridgford Medical Centre in East Bridgford.

Newark and Loughborough hospitals are 24 hour urgent care centres and Nottingham Queens Medical and Leicester Royal Infirmary hospitals both have accident and emergency units.

The nearest Dentists are available in Bingham, Brompton House Dental Practice, 19 Needham Street, NG13 8AE and Buttercross View Dental Surgery, 25 Market Place, NG13 8AN, Cromwell Dental Practice, 51 Long Acre, NG13 8AG. There are also dentists in Burton Joyce and Radcliffe-on-Trent.

There are currently no chemist in the village, the doctors surgery has dispensing facilities for patients. Nearest chemists are in Bingham, Bingham Pharmacy, 5 Eaton Place, NG13 8BD and Boots, 14-16 Eaton place, NG13 8BD, there is also a chemist in Lowdham and Burton Joyce.

The nearest Opticians are located in Bingham, with opticians also in Radcliffe-on-Trent and Cotgrave.
